Dissatisfied with my phone!

I upgraded my contract on March 7, I was told this nokia lumia is the best phone, I was only given 2 decent options. I chose the nokia lumia 510 but I am not satisfied with it because it uses way too much airtime! I wanted to exchange it for the blackberry but they say they can't exchange it!

I've seen advertisements for contracts less than mine that can get more and better phones than what I have got. I really do not want this phone because it is costing me too much on airtime because of the internet usage.

Even if you don't use the phone for a while and then check again, it has used airtime.

I can't understand why vodacom won't change the phone I barely used it and isn't customer service supposed to be important??

Another thing I hate about this phone is you can't save any music or videos directly! You have to have a PC with windows 7. My laptop has windows 8 and it doesn't work together with that.

I want a different phone but they are unwilling to assist me!!
