Hi,

I spoke to Elton who told me to go to the mtnactive website and to phone 083 123 8000 to reset my password. When I tried I noticed that I require my actually sim with me in order to use the 083 123 8000 number. After this I went back to the webchat and was given some agent called Phyllis, I explained that I do not have the number with me and require another way of resetting the pin where the response stayed to go to mtnActive and call 083 123 8000. This is completely useless.

Are you using an automated bot or something because that wont get me anywhere. Please can I get my pin reset asap. All calls gets diverted from my mtn number to the phone I carry on me so I never have that phone with me nor is it even charged.
