During February of 2013 I upgraded from a Nokia C6 to a Nokia Lumia 610 and was unable to transfer my contacts to the new phone using the "Contacts Transfer" function. After numerous frustrated visits to the supplier and the phone being send for repairs (software reloads) it was still not functioning after 4 months. They then "discovered" that these two Nokia phones are not compatible and that's the reason for the problem. They offered to do the transfer via a PC and Zune software without charge - I was sceptical but accepted because I was so frustrated by now and haven't had to use the phone for a single day.
Yesterday I tried to convert airtime to data by dialling *111# and to my surprise it didn't work. UNBELIEVABLE!!
WHAT IS NEXT??
How is it possible that 2 major companies like Vodacom and Nokia put a product on the market when some of its basic functions are not working? What a disappointment!!!
