I was bought a contract nokia lumia 520 on the 28th June 2013. BOTH Mtn stores had no micro simcards from the28th untill I had to cut my sim card on the 5th July. I had about R75 airtime when I inserted my sim and all that airtime was finished after downloading two applications. My airtime always dissappears when I load it. I have tried contacting customer service to no avail. You have the worst customer service line! The phone switches off at times and its been less then a month hence I assume that this is a damaged phone. Today is the the 26th July according to the contract package I am suppose to receive R100 airtime, 25 smses and 150 MB. It is 9am and my airtime balance is R98.61, 25 smses and 0 MB's. Now that is a breach of contract! This phone won't be going for repairs within less a month! My mom won't be exploited thiis way. I demand that you get to the bottom of this and fast as I will report this further. I have had it with this network!
