I have been waiting for more than 2 weeks now for delivery of my new handset. Vodacom just cant get the delivery address right and every time I have to hear that they will have to wait for the Couriers to return the handset and then they can try again!! Why must I wait for their stuff-ups??!! This morning AGAIN the same thing happened and when I insisted on speaking to a supervisor, I got put on hold and after a few minutes the call got transferred to a customer survey! When I entered "2" to indicate my displeasure with this pathetic service, the computer voice told me that my input was not recognised... go figure! Really pathetic Vodacom, my blood is boiling at the moment and I regret my decision to renew my contract with you.
