I got a bill today for R1750 in respect of data charges. My contract is a data one where I get 2gb free each month anda Samsung tablet.
I have adsl uncapped at home and never keep the data on the mobile data. Makes no sense for me to have done that.
Mtn cant give me a detailed report and it will take 15 days for them to get back to me.
Meanwhile the debit order will go off my account.
To say that I am disappointed is an understatement!
