I took out a Black Berry 9320 on aTop up 99 for R179pm with free BIS. It was done online and confirmed by phone. They delivered the phone in the last week of June. First there was issue because the person who loaded the contract "forgot" to add my caller ID. Then I also discover that the BIS is not active. I have called Vodacom after sales almost everyday since June but still I am without BIS. Every time I call they tell me the same story, that they will send and email and escalate the problem and say its going to take 48hrs to be fixed but NOTHING IS FIXED YET!!! and because its a contract I cant even load BIS myself. I have been a customer of Vodacom for many years and I am shocked at this terrible service! I took this contract as a gift for someone and they cant even use the BIS, and the BIS is the reason I took the Blackberry in the first place so what is the point then? They way I feel now is I want Vodacom to come and pick up their phone and convert that number back to prepaid cause all this has caused me is a problem!
