Keep getting "The security of this connection cannot be verified" on my Blackberry" just been told by cornia to bring the phone into a store so that it can be booked in. When query about no phone, i was told that i must "enquire about a loan phone". SORT IT and DO NOT GIVE ME STORIES. i am so tired of hearing the same thing over and over and over and over and over.
Perhaps the people who "work" at the company have time to go and find a Nashua Mobile store to "bring a phone in" but there are people who work for a living and cannot leave the office at Nashua's say so
I have 2 accounts. my other phone has spend more time "booked in" than we have used it and it is still not right. After all the troubles i am having i wouldn't be surprised if these are reconditioned phones sold as new. i have reached the end with these buffoons.
