I received a bill with R160 charged for a failed debit, this debit failed due on Telkoms systems, not my banks.
Telkom refused to give me the R160 back.
I paid for a service in advance and when I changed to a new service, they refused a refund.
I was charged interest on my account due to the failed debit, this was not my or my banks failure?
I called in to increase my direct debit allowance and their systems were not able to do so.
I cannot believe what a shambles this company is in.
I went to the Telkom shop in Hillcrest Durban and they cannot even explain the charges I have received.
