I entred into a contract last year August 2012
EVERY TIME i phone with a problem it is due to system error/ their system that have change!!!
when i entred into a cotract last year they should have ported my number into virgin, only after a year they done that and still they cant pick up my number, what is really funny is that they deduct the money each month of my account but im NOT on THEIR SYSTEM!!!
I have never received a invoice/statement since i have this contract.
I've been buying airtime that is running OUT of my head, and this is costing ME money because of Virgin mobile and "their system error"!!!
I cannot convert my airtime to a data bundle.
Almost a YEAR and still struggling with Virgin!!! A waste of MY time and MONEY!!!
I Will NEVER EVER recomend ANYONE to make use of their SERVICES!!!
