My cell c internet dongle hasn't been working properly - I can't get onto the internet but it still uses data? So I tried calling the info line, customer care as well as direct enquiry, and not a single number worked. Customer care took me through to an emergency line! When i eventually reached customer care they said "Welcome to cell c customer service" and then started giving directions in some African language that nobody understands! So I went into the store and stood there for 30 min without being helped. Everybody was helping somebody except one guy that was just staring at me while folding little boxes. Nobody wanted to help me. Eventually I went to a tech expert at Incredible Connection (where I bought the dongle), I asked him if he could help me because the thing doesn't work. It then took him 40 min to install the thing on his computer, to open the internet, and then tell me "Ya no eish, it doesn't work neh, you must take it to cell c. we don't fix cell c things". SERIOUSLY??? So I went back to cell c, stood there for another 15 min without being helped and then I left.
IS UP WITH YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE???
