Internet dongle software upgrade

I bought a cell c dongle from the golden acre cell c about a year ago and it worked perfect. On the 25th of july I went on to the internet with the dongle only to receive a msg that advised me I need to go on to the cell c website as my soft ware was outdated. I went as instructed only for the cell c website to be off line on d different occasions. When I tried the 6th time the dongle went blank and and sent me a messgae to say that I can no longer use the dongle I need to go to an administrator for the software. On the 26th of july I went to the golden acre cell c and they plugged in the dongle and supposedly updated the soft ware. When I got home I tried to reinstall the software but dongle would not work. On the 27th I went back to the cell c store in kenilworth centre and spoke to one of the staff who then advised that the software might not have been installed correctly. The staff member then proceeded to instal the software again. When I got home the dongle would still not work. I then took the dongle back to the cell c store in the golden acre and enquired how they would assist me. The answer I got was. There's nothing they can do. I'm so disgusted with cell c.
