Last year I reported this matter and somehow it has come back. In November 2011 I was approached by 8ta for a telephone contract for about R97 whereby I re-iterate I can only pay that amount and do not want to be upgraded or given airtime for a higher amount. After three months I was debited with higher amounts every month and I started querying and disputing I paid just to have my name cleared in April 2012 . Six months later this whole business started again I've cleared it with Tumi Mohlatlole the SME expert. Now my account is being debited in the middle of every month or second month twice for the same monies I've paid more than a year ago which I did not even owe in the first place. The same complaint was done over a year ago and it's still going on.
