I bought a 3G modem from Cell C but the internet never never works and when you try phoning the customer care and listen for 40 minutes on the other junk they want to sell you you still dont get to speak to anyone.
I am a third year student and my internet forms an important part of my studies but Cell C does not care their pockets are lined with my money already so why should they care about customer service?
I know internet speed is determined by the amount of users on the net but please Cell C should reach a point where they say sorry customers but we cant sell anymore 3g modems for our network is full, but no they would rather continue lining their pockets and let us the customer battle and regret the having dealt with Cell C afterwards.
