CELL C INTERNET CONNECTION FRUSTRATION

I bought Cell Cs 1 year, 2 Gig a month 3G internet about 6 months ago. Since getting it my internet has been RIDICULOUSLY slow - almost unusable in fact. I spend 10 times as long in front of my computer as I should. I seem to get very little work done - just constantly refreshing web pages for hours at a time - it takes an hour or more to send a simple email. As a graphic designer it is incredibly frustrating as I work with large files, and need to send big emails a lot of the time.

I have been into Cell C branch about 6 times (at least), phoned Customer Care numerous times, and eventually got someone out here to check it - to be told that, yes, my connection is shocking (surprise). That is the last I heard back. No solutions, no followups. I live within 1 km of the Cell C tower, and this should not be happening. I dont see why I should fork out for a booster when I am well within a great reception area. Noone seems to want to help me or follow up, or do anything about it at all. If this continues there is no way I will ever use Cell C as a service provider for my internet again.
