You are still not adressing my issue of not wanting the phone as it has been problematic from Day1. my main issue here is NOT BEING ALLOWED TO CHANGE MY CONTRACT AND TAKE ANOTHER PHONE AS I AM UNHAPPY WITH THIS ONE. I PAY FOR GOOD SERVICE BUT HERE I AM WASTING R501 A MONTH ON A PHONE THAT DOES NOT MAKE ME HAPPY and it is not my fault.
