Blackberry Z10 - Worst phone eve

I have a BlackBerry Z10 which I bought in February 2013 at Makro Vaal, Vanderbijlpark. Within the first month of use the phone randomly started to re boot itself. In the beginning it was only once a day but soon increased to 5 - 10 times a day. I returned the phone to Vodashop in Vanderbijlpark the 7th of May (Job no 8838437-5761724) and it was sent to head office. After 2 weeks my phone was replaced with a new phone. I was obviously quite happy with the replacement but was so disappointed when the same problem started again with the "new" phone.

Im very unhappy with the device and do not want to return to vodaworld just to be given another device with the same problem. I would like a device exchange where I can select a different make and model as I am losing business due to the phone given to me being problematic.

Your assistance in this matter would be highly appreciated as I have never had problems with Vodacom and do not want to end up looking to do my business elsewhere due to the lack of service received from your SP.
