3rd Blackberry Z10

Hi,

I have a Blackberry Z10. This is my 3rd Z10.

I want to know if it is possible to get another phone because it is my 3rd exchanged model and I am unhappy. I just don't think it is fair towards me - the time and cost of getting the phone to a repair center. I got my first one on 22 February. Then that one hanged in June and then got exchanged. A month later kind of the same problem where the phone did not boot. Now I have my 3rd Z10. This phone's IMEI is 354010051811124

I'm wondering If I can change it to the Q10 to see if it is a BB10 issue or just a Z10 issue - to assess if I should stick with blackberry. I advise everyone to get BB's but if this is what they will get, I cant do that anymore. I really like Blackberrys but just get so frustrated with things like this.
