I upgraded in August last year. (Galaxy S3) No one told me to get a mini SIM. Nice. At the time of the upgrade I asked to please cancel my BIS. The consultant also failed to mention that I need to take a data package. I went to your Vanderbijlpark store to get a mini SIM. Here I met the most unpleasant, rude, unprofessional swine that I have ever come across in my life. He then refused to sell me a mini SIM as I got in a little argument with him, based on his attitude towards me the client, and the other poor clients in his store. I also took a 1GB data package.
Come Jan statement, you still change me for the BIS (it was never credited) and my data is now suddenly changed to 500MB? Who authorised this? Also I must pay R62.28 pm month for 24 months for the phone??? No one told me this either. I was under the impression it is once off? Can you please pull my call from August (3rd request) and listen to what was said. You have misled me, and deluded me into taking the phone. I require the call to refer the matter to the CPA as I and highly upset about this.
