MTN services has DISGUSTING protocol where upon numerous invoice requests we STILL DO not received invoices from MTN but merely get an amount debited off bank account and a statement.
We have asked on numerous occasions and have yet to receive an invoice.
Furthermore to load a data bundle (monthly recurring one) MTN expects you to call them EVERY MONTH and send them arequest on a company letterhead EVERY MONTH - how ridiculous???
This is quite shocking and poor customer service - clearly you think South Africans have nothing to do but call MTN and get service!!!
