I upgraded & migrated my phone contract at Vodashop the Avenues (Springs) in July from Blackberry talk 500 to Red Advantage. I even bought an ad-hoc data package to see me through July as I was told I would get no pro-rata data.
I was told migration to the new package will take place on 1 August. Not only did it not happen, but my mobile data is also not operational since 5 August when my ad-hoc data package ran out. This is a VC problem and no fault of mine. I have made several calls to VC in this regard today, but am yet to get a satisfactory answer and my data service restored. The migration is set for 1 September but until then I have no data and no 700mins. I therefore have no use for this phone.
Call centre was unable to assist me so why do they even exist? I have service tickets S3TYI2L-LP1B1 and S3-TYI2D-DCS01 outstanding.
I need my 700mins and my 1.7GB of data for August so I can carry on with my life.
