HAD 3 WRONG DELIVERIES

I have signed up for Giga 20. Waited all last week for delivery. Finally delivered 1 sim card minus the modem. Next delivery came today 18 th Nov 2013 with 2 extra sim cards and still no modem. I still have MTN and might just renew my contract with them.

After 3 Sims where sent i finally received the MODEM today (10 th Nov 13). After inspection i discovered that they sent the wrong modem. The sent the white slower modem instead of the fast Black modem (21.6 Mb/s)

Solution description I am waiting on feedback from the consultant (Mr Wilson Matidza). I think they should process the whole order again as per the contract (Giga 20 with black Modem). Hope a Cell C executive contacts me to sort this out. The final option is to cancel Cell C and retain
MTN which i had no problems with.
