Poor quality device

We bought the neotel wi fi device last week for R1799 including 36 gigs data. After purchasing the device the sales lady said it was active, my husband came home and it never worked after phoning and numerous queries they discovered that the device was registered in some one else's name. We then had to go back an fetch a new device. Came home and switched it on! First of all it extremely slow it has full signal and only downloads at 7 Kb/ps which is ridiculous, when advertised that it has such a great down load speed! Also the device has to remain on charge constantly otherwise it switches off and gets extremely hot it also drops the signal constantly and we have to reconnect which is extremely annoying! I would like someone to contact me as I would like a refund on this device as we are extremely unhappy with the product!
