I have 2 contracts with MTN, both had more than R500 worth of airtime on! I paid R1217 per month for these 2 contracts, now I have different handsets and my airtime is missing.
If i paid for it how can MTN take it, its no different than me paying for goods not received which is.
They took money from my account without crediting it, very questionable behavior to say the least!
This is the second time I post it, other than a generic response from MTN no contact... from the 19th of June its pathetic really to say the least...
