PAYING For My airtime to be taken

I have 3 phone contract with mtn, and the first one I toke since July my airtime when it loaded, it gets taken away. When I first experienced this I called the help line at 808 for contracts, and the guy who was helping me told me I had subscribed to a thing called call something but he will send them an email to cancel to thing, August came same thing happened when I call this time I spoke to a lady she told me they can't do anything about it I am the one who should call the people taking my airtime, even today its the same thing my question is how do I call someone I don't even know.
I am paying for the airtime but I don't use it n counting the month that's like 400rand worth of airtime all down the drain n my service provider doesn't want to help me.
