I contacted Altech Autopage Cellular to have two of my contracts cancelled. The branch in Jeffreys bay assisted me with the process. I also contacted APC head office later to confirm the finer details. The representative eventually told me that both contracts will be cancelled on the 14th December 2013. I was further advised that I should use all of my airtime on both cellular lines by the 14th December 2013. I confirmed this with the local branch and they also said that the system indicated that our contracts will expire on the 14/12/2013.
This morning, 12th of December 2013, they had cutt of our lines and I lost more than R500.00 airtime on my one line and and approximately R70.00 worth of airtime on the the other. I want my airtime back or for APC to credit my account with the value of airtime lost due to their wrong info that caused my loss
To make things worse is that I have been an autopage client in excess of 13 years. I have several accounts with them currently and I feel that if this service continues I will be forced to cancel all of my lines and institute legal action if need be.
I receive great service from the Jbay branch, but it seems that is never helpful
