I have been with cell c autopage for 6 years now, 2 contracts one is a top up 300 and the other top up 450. This month i only got a part of my airtime not the amount i pay for! they said no if i dont use all my airtime for 3 month i loose my airtime! WHY? Who is paying for the airtime? ME OR THEM? If i only get half my airtime i want to my half the contract fee! Why do they steel my money?
