I went to Virgin Mobile Eastgate to get a contract for a Samsung S4.
I was helped in a very nice and friendly manner by Sipho, but now, almost 2 days later I'm still not able to use my phone??
I've tried EVERYTHING!!!
I even left messages for a "Sheldon" who they say is the boss at head office (011 676 5000), but he is not phoning back?
I'm at the point where I DON"T WANT THE PHONE anymore!!!
Why is nobody helping me??
