To whom it may concern
I have never in my life dealt with such rude, arrogant and ill mannered consultants like this in my life. I took a laptop contract on Wednesday and by Friday I got the laptop but it had the wrong specifications and gave them a call on Friday morning advising them on the situation, they kept transferring me from one department to the other as noone wanted to assist. I eventually got hold of the guy wom I spoke to when i got the contract and he advised me that I needed to go to a closest MTN dealer to me and that was morning side.
He told me that I should ask for George Mooki whom I was told knows the story and will assist me promptly and I was advised by George that he knows nothing about this and I eventlually left after hours
I called them this morning and requested to speak to a manager and i was advised in not so many words that it was impossible as they have target to meet and this will waste their time and at that point I was transferred to another department and I will call again and same thing will happeng - this happend for about 15 times I called in I will be transferred to another department as I requested to speak to a T/L
