I bought a new phone

I bought a contract phone at Mtn waterfall mall branch 23rd April 2013, According to our agreement mtn was suppose to debit my account starting from the 20th of may.just before the 20th the phone started to give problem than I returned back to mtn for repair, the consultant (Naude ch) told me that is gonna take 2 weeks.that two week passby, when I call for follow up (after 8weeks) they now telling me that I must pay R2439.49 prior to them fixing but they are debiting my account every month. I even tried to get hold of the manager manelisi on 0832007236 but no help as well. It is really bad considering that its a contract not prepaid. Ever since I bought a phone I have been requesting a copy of my contract and even today i dont have it.regard Gift
