Cancellation and upgrade

I had data contract with this people and my contract elapsed in feb 2013 but they went on debiting my account r410. went to fourways mall branch was told to write a letter and bing my id copy they will send to the head offiice, and i did that on the 8 march
end of marrch another debit went off my account though their billing system is prorata system, meaning the account was supporse to be cancelled sametime they did not. now is end of April again adebit went off today wheares end of march i went to the branch again to request for an upgrade on a galaxy tab i was told that i should wait until the 15 april this contract will be cancelled and no debit order will go off again since is pro rata they promise to call me back to come and sign for my upgrade since we completed the paper work andcos they cant load the upgrade deal on the existing package. until today no phone call and the contract is not cancelled they are debiting my account though i have requested cancellation 2months ago. please i need my money back and i need this contract cancelled! otherwise am taking this to my lawyers cos their now messing around with me
