Cell C cheated me and robbed me

Cellc I feel robbed by you, and I really dont think I will ever recommend you to anyone. I bought my first ever contract on the 30th of December 2013, a Samsung Note 3 and I was very excited at the convenience am going to have and at the prizes of Cellc, needless to say worst decision ever in my life. After buying the phone, on the 30th December 2013, I noticed that the phone struggles with the network, that sometimes I think its on but it dont have any network, sometimes I will get missed calls, sometimes people would just say your phone is off, the internet was also off most of the time. Then 3 days after I bought it I took it to the CellC store where I bought it, the Waterfall Mall, Rustenburg, and told my problem, they said its sim card and gave me new sim card. But the phone still struggled with network and I took it again on the 20th of January 2014, and I was advised it needs to go for repairs and it will be about 4 weeks. I DONT THINK THIS IS FAIR AND I WANT A NEW PHONE. This phone was new and from the start when I took it after 3days u should have gave me a new phone. Now I have to wait for 4 weeks for u to fix it? If i fix it while its new what about in few months time?
