I handed my phone in for repairs at Vodashop in the West Coast Mall in Vredenburg last Thursday. Nobody told me that the phone will only be send for repairs the next Tuesday. I phoned vodashop call centre today to find out how far the repairs are. I was told that my phone is not on the system yet and that I must call the shop, which I did. I spoke to a Riana, who couldn't't give me answers. She told me that the manager said that they only send out repairs on a Tuesday and Thursday. What a lot of rubbish. If they told me that my phone will only be send tomorrow, I would not have handed in my phone as I am going to Cape Town on Wednesday. I could have taken the phone myself for repairs. This is the last time that Vodashop West Coast Mall will see me. It is utterly unprofessional behaviour.
