I stil had not received feedback from vodacom

I took my blackberry bold 9780 for repairs on 16/06/2012 to vodashop Tzaneen Mall, (refer to jobcard no 7895686) I was advised that its going to take be sent to Polokwane for repairs and I should check it after 3 weeks, on 02/07/2012 I went back to enquire and told that it take 21 working days, I went back on 17/07/2012 and stil my phone was not yet back, I was advised to come back after a week, I gave up and bought a new phone BB 9380, on July 24 2012' I called vodacare Polokwane, they informed me that they sent a quote to tzaneen on 17/07/2012 for water damage repairs to the cost of R2500, I advised them that they must send my fine back as I don't have that R2500
Somewhere in August months I went to vodashop only to discover that I lost the receipt, I took my I'd with and explain to them that my phone is on contract so that they can verify, they refused to give me my handset, I went back very angry, on 21/02/2013 I accidentally found the receipt and when I went to vodashop I was told that my phone had been sold by head office and I am not going to get it.. Whe I asked why I was informed that it forms part of terms and conditions, but the receipt does not have that specific terms
