ADSL line of for 3rd day

Our adsl line 012 548 4515 went dead on Monday at 10:00 and was reported immediately to Telkom who provided a reference number 313 Ctk 08/07/13 and by Monday night no technician had been appointed. We called throughout the day yesterday but could not get an answer as to when it will be sorted. We called every hour to find out what is happening but to no avail. It was also escalated ref 528960 still no results. We even logged it on the internet but did not even get a reply. We have told everybody it is a business and we are dependent on the internet for work but this did not help either. In a country where job creation is supposed to be such a problem and the President want everybody involved to create work it becomes impossible when you are dealing with a company such as Telkom. If my problem is not getting sorted and the line restored my business will take a devastating turn with job losses. Who do I turn to to help as it seems that Telkom is just not interested in getting this resolved. Jannes
