I HAD THE PACKAGE CAPPED AT R1 ON THE SAME DAY IT WAS ACTIVATED.
A FEW WEEKS LATER I REALISED THAT MY BALANCE WAS SITTING ON R4069, CALLED CELLC AND WAS TOLD THE PACKAGE I SIGNED UP FOR WAS R3060 A MONTH, I WAS SHOCKED BEYOND ANYTHING, HOW DO U SIGN UP SOMEONE FOR A PACKAGE COSTING OVER R3000 ON THE PHONE WITHOUT DOING AFFORDABILITY CHECKS, I SPOKE NTOMBIYEKHAYA, CLINTON, MOKGADI (SUPERVISOR) WHO ALL BY THE WAY TRIED THEIR BEST TO ASSIST AND CLINTON EVEN CONFIRMED THAT THE SALES AGENT MIGHT HAVE LOADED A WRONG PACKAGE, I HAVE 2 REF NUMBERS WHICH I GOT 3 WEEKS AGO, AND I ALSO NOTICED CELL C TRIED TO COLLECT THE R4000 ODD RANDS FROM MY ACCOUNT AND IT WAS UNSUCCESSFUL BECAUSE I CANNOT AFFORD IT, I CALLED LAST WEEK AND SPOKE TO ANDILE, NICE CHAP, WHO INFORMED ME THAT THERE IS NO FEEDBACK, MIND YOU IWAS TOLD ITS A 48HR TAT CAN SOMEONE CALL ME ASAP AS I NEED THIS MESS RESOLVED.
