Bad Service and 3 faulty Blackberrys since 05/12

I upgraded my contract in 05/12 and received a Black Berry curve. 2 weeks later they had to replace it. In Aug the 2nd BB were starting to give problems - I went to the branch (then situated in the South Coast Mall, Shelly Beach. I explained that I am on my way out of the country and needed the phone. She advised me to keep the phone because repairs will take 6 weeks and then I wont have connection. upon return I handed in the 2nd phone. On 2 /01/13 I inquire what happened to my phone (The branch closed down in South Coast Mall - I phoned) Christina told me that the BB went to repairs on 28/12 (more than a month after it was sent in) I send emails and complaints. On 18/01 I phoned her. She was not aware that the phone was sent back to them and told me it will be couriered out on 19 Jan. On 21/01 I received the phone. It was a new phone (3rd BB) I boot it up and immediately the scroll button gave in. I phone them and explained - they told me to bring it in (2 hours drive) I told them this was not my fault - I phoned head office. Arianna told me they will collect, check it and send it back (cant say how long it will take). it is now 2 days later and nothing happened.
