I have spent over 8 hours on the phone with 8ta over the last two week and have gotten nowhere.
I DO NOT want to deal with anyone over the phone, I am tired of talking to countless call centre agents who all just tell me they'll forward the problem on to the back office billing. I would like the correspondence to be in email form so that I have a record of who said what and when.
PLEASE someone contact me about my account (via email) as I have sent 3 separate emails to the billing department and 3 emails to the customer care and I have not received a single response.
