In June of this year I contacted my ISP (Web Africa) and informed them to cancel my ADSL Service, and the Line with Telkom as I would be emigrating.
Guess what, Telkom didn't cancel my line as requested and have been billing me each month. Telkom has no international contact number which they advertise, so reaching them is impossible. I've sent them countless emails through their website with no response till date.
It has now been 4x months since I requested the cancellation and you're still billing me. Telkom, close my line, or the next form of communication on this matter will be a call from my lawyer.
And please, do not try to phone me, as I no longer live in the country. You have my email address on file, send me an email.
