Account cannot be sorted out

I pay my dstv subscription on an annual basis. Three days prior to my due date (October last year), I transferred the funds. The payment was not allocated to my account. The call centre put me in contact with the Unallocated Payments section. After numerous emails to [Email Removed] I got tired of sending emails. An agent contacted me late January and said my account was eventually sorted out. The following week, I received a statement informing me I owe R700 and something. This statement I just ignored. This month I received a statement that I owe R28 on. This I can't understand. What really made me cross, and the reason for this email is that I received two emails on Friday, informing me that my emails to [Email Removed] were deleted without being read. Multichoice, I've spent hours sending emails and proving I paid my account, you even cutting me off, and then I find out that you don't even read my emails. This is a disgrace!
