VERY BAD SERVICE - 8ta DON'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER

3 calls to 8ta visit to store =! Service interrupted, have lost data usage for October -still cannot access service in November although account is paid up & error is on 8ta side. Want service reinstated & credit for unused data for October. On 23 Oct. got sms that service has been interrupted, & to contact 8ta. Called 8ta on 25 Oct., spent 10 min. on phone - told that the modem must be re-registered on the network & computer rebooted. Did that still no service! On 26 Oct. got SMS: that my acc. will be debited for R597! This is the 2nd billing problem with 8ta! On 26 Oct. called 8ta spoke to A. Manemela, Spent 25 Minutes on the phone. She said that the account was not paid since August 2013. Clarified that the account is paid up to 31/10/2013 and have proof of payment- asked to email, & was promised it will be resolved after she receives email with proof of payment. Sent emails same day. Still not connected! On 29/10/13 went to Telkom store Centurion to resolve matter, shop assistant sent the email and supporting docs to relevant persons @ 8ta. Still Not connected! On 4/11/13 called 8ta again spoke to S. Zwane- sent same emails again (3rd Time)! still not connected!!
