Good day

I cancelled my insurance last week because i do not understand why paying R95 a month if the insurance benefits were never explained to me, byut i need it to be re-activated after someone has expalined it to me!

Today i phoned autopage Callcentre and Insurance Department morethan 50 times, i only wanted to understand Caluse no 24. "RETRENCHMENT BENEFITS APPLICABLE TO
PHONE INSURANCE 3000, 7500, 10000, 15000
AND STANDARD AND ENHANCED MODEM"

And guess what? the Insurance Department (Unit) guys are saying their supervisor said they should not expalin the clause that i should call the call centre... and the Customer Service dept are saying that they cant expain something they not working with... in short, they both are not willing to assist me understand the Cause 24 of Retrenchments!

Please someone contact me and explain to me what the Clause say about Retrenchment because i am paying insurance since last year, and my contract with my employer is supposed to end February 2014, if they do not renew it!

I will be glad to receive a feedback, i have made more than 50 calls with no success of this simple explanation!
