I have never heard of a business that refuses to upgrade a client in order to support their growing needs and satisfied with turning down business???
About 9 months ago I moved from pay as you go to a Talk 200s contract with Vodacom. I had a phone at that stage and opted for the reduced subscription fee and didn't take a handset!
9 Months down the line I want to increase my account to a Talk 500s and now have the need for a new phone and a Tablet. In my business mind I would like to now pay Vodacom a lot more money in order to get the phone and tablet and I would like to pay more in order to increase my calling ability.
This request-as far as the phone/tablet is concerned-was turned down and I was told that I can only upgrade next year September 2014!
This is forcing me to have to go to their competitor MTN and take out a contract with them in order to meet my needs.
I couldn't believe and understand how a business can turn down business so easily and be so unsupportive to their clients growing needs.
