Once again I have to complain about Cell C that just keep on passing the buck, Making empty promises, forever cannot meet expectations and keep on giving the same useless no good answers and not doing anything about it. I have been complaining about my reception in the Ancketill avenue, Oceanview area for the last 4 years with exactly the same response from Cell C and absolutely no action being done about it. I am sick and tired of hearing that they will have the problem sorted out soon, or that everything is in process and will be sorted out ASAP. Well guess what, I still have the same problem with Cell C cell phone and Internet reception. And what is most annoying is the fact that when my internet connects on HSPA or 3G, it is so slow that it does not even want to open the internet pages or download emails.??? i thought it is supposed to be WHOOSSSHHH??? Rather stop doing false advertisements and just cancell all my contracts and refund me for the useless service I have been recieving. Because complaining does not help anymore.
