Incorrect billing - not the first time

I contact MTNSP on 19 June 2013 via email with a query regarding an additional charge on my account. They responded by informing me that it was for content purchased from a company called Dialogue. I informed them that I have not purchased any content whatsoever, and that I am the only person that has access to my phone. I subsequently requested proof of purchase. To date, they have not provided me with proof of such a purchase, nor have they credited my account. It appears that MTN takes any request for payment from outside parties without consulting their customers, or checking on their own systems. I am sure that if MTN wanted, they would be able to check on their system to confirm that I have not purchased any content, nor have I subscribed to any sms service. I have encountered similar incidents with MTN previously, and went to the store where I signed my contract, where they agreed to credit my account, but years later it has still not happened. My experiences lead me to believe that MTN is making money through means, by randomly suggesting that content was purchased. Please note that all contracts that I have signed is with MTNSP, and not any other company.
