My boyfriends phone got lost and he is with Vodacom. so he went to all the Vodacom's in Four ways mall (bunch of unhelpful people) they said they cannot help him, yet when he wants a new phone they can help. This is unacceptable. We find it very difficult to understand how the enthusiasm of making a new contract sale seems to dwindle when ever any other request comes along.
we are very unhappy with your four ways service and believe that if they don't start helping people problems will occur. if nothing is done about this he is moving to another service provider.
hopefully this is a wake up call!!!
