ENOUGH IS ENOUGH CELL C STINKS

This is the same thing that happened last month - cell c fault no fault of mine, my phone once again gets cut off yesterday morning. Yesterday afternoon my wife goes to Eastgate branch where a very efficient lady assisted her and she went and paid R741 and accounts was called and we were promised that the phone would be on either last night or early this morning and now its 1pm. The error on the account is that whoever did the incorrect capturing typed in more than one credit card number - where he got the numbers from - from the air? Anyway this lady rectified these errors but its funny that debit orders are still going off for the blackberry I had and in June 2 x R207 went off WHY!! 2? The guy that called me yesterday said that he had tried twice to take off an amount of R741 and there were no funds in my account HOW EMBARACING!! there is more than R6000 available - but he was trying a credit card number that didn't exist - he didn't even confirm my credit card number. For two months now I have not been able to access my email, send mms etc. I am gatful!!! disgusted. I have a heart condition and need my phone to be on at all times. CELL C STINKS
