Pathetic Service at Vodacom, Online contract a lie

I saw a phone that I liked... to get the discounted fee on new contacts via Online I call the Sale team. The contract could not be taken up due to MY OFFICE NUMBER STARTING WITH 087!!!

Be in mind this is a giant telecomms company and they have an issue calling an 087 number to verify my employment. They are aware of the problem but nothing has been about it!! The now reffer me to the area office to continue with the contract but now I have to pay the additional fee... and when I request a waiver then on the fee because this is their system error guess what NO WAYS!! they do not do that...

On their website the try to attract people to take up new contracts via their online channel but Their System makes it problematic and yes the Client suffers!

I am taking my business to MTN/ Cell C... Vodacom has lost a client due to them not being able to call 087 number... its laughable if it wasn't so sad/pathetic.
