Upgrade- Vodacom Sales People are liars

In January 2013 my Blackberry Bold screen cracked and due to the repair fee, i decided to upgrade instead of getting my phone repaired. I upgraded on my contract and was specially told that my BIS was included and i would not under any circumstances have to pay for BIS. Today (28/02/2013) at 14:00 my BIS services were cancelled, well at that time i didn't know it was cancelled. I then called 111 only to be told that my blackberry is no longer registered on the blackberry website and all i needed to do was go online and register my phone. i go online and there is nothing that says re register your blackberry so i call 111 again to ask for assistance. I'm told by Innocent that if he activates it for me i will be paying an extra R59 according to what my contract says. According to what i was told when i initially did the upgrade was that BIS was included and now to find out that its not included is not on. I was called on the 27/02/2013 by Vodacom to find out if my services were working fine only for the next day this to happen. Do the employees of Vodacom to there customers just to make a sale? I want this rectified or maybe its time to part ways with Vodacom!!!
