I PHONED VODACOM TO FOLLOW UP ON MY PHONE WHICH IS IN FOR REPAIRS FOR MORE THAN A WEEK, DONT MIND WAITING FOR THE PHONE TO GET PROPERLY FIXED.BUT THE SERVICE I GOT FROM VODACOM IN FOURWAYS MALL WAS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!
THE LADY THAT ANSWERED THE PHONE AT ROUND ABOUT 15:15 PM ON 16/07/2013 DROPPED THE PHONE IN MY EAR.
THEN I GOT TRANSFERED TO FEW OTHER PEOPLE BEFORE THEY COULD EVENTUALLY HELP ME...
NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!
